NRS Corporation opens DG Warehouse in Shanghai’s Chemical Hub

NewsSticky News FacebookTwitterWhatsAppLinkedinEmail Japanese logistics group NRS Corporation has opened a new dangerous goods (DG) warehouse in Shanghai through its local subsidiary NRS Logistics Shanghai. Operations commenced on April 1, 2026. The facility sits in Jinshan District, an area home to a high concentration of chemical manufacturers. It covers a total floor area of 1,500 square metres, including 500 square metres of temperature-controlled space maintained at +2°C to +8°C. The warehouse handles more than a thousand types of chemical products across DG classes 3, 6.1, 8 and 9. NRS is also considering adding bonded warehousing functions and sub-zero temperature storage at the site. Temperature-controlled room operations are scheduled to begin around June 2026.
