T.S. Lines announces leadership transition

Leadership MovesTop Right FacebookTwitterWhatsAppLinkedinEmail T.S. Lines has announced a leadership transition that will take effect on June 1, 2026, marking a new chapter for the company’s founding family. The carrier’s founder and controlling shareholder, Chen Teh-Sheng, will step down from his positions as Chairman of the Board, Chief Executive Officer and Executive Director. Chen’s initials also form the “T.S.” in the company’s name. He will be succeeded as Chairman and CEO by his son, Chen Shao-Hsiang (James), who has already been serving as an Executive Director within the company. At the same time, Chen’s daughter will assume the Executive Director position vacated by her father as part of the broader succession plan. The changes signal a transition to the next generation of leadership at T.S. Lines while maintaining family control of the carrier’s operations and strategic direction.
